Admission Process
The admission process for higher studies in Ireland is extremely short and quick. To apply for admission in Irish educational institutions you need to submit an appropriately filled application form and a copy of your academic documents.
Once admission is confirmed, the students have to apply for pre visa approval from the Ireland Embassy. Once you receive the pre visa approval Irish embassy will intimate you to make at least one term of tuition fee for the educational institution you got admission for. Once you make the payment of the tuition fees you get visa approval from the Ireland high commission.
Getting Ireland Student Visa
You can apply for student visa to Irish embassy once you get a confirmation letter of your admission to an Ireland college or university. The next step is to get a police clearance that is needed for your visa application. You need to submit the police clearance letter, your entire education records, financial evidence documents showing you have sufficient financial support for your study and living in Ireland.
The visa office takes anywhere between 2 to 6 weeks based on the number of pending applications in queue to communicate its acceptance. The visa is usually for a period of 3 months only and has to be extended after joining the educational institution.
